1.  Discuss the two motivations that led the Father to send His Son for sinners.  What most impacted your heart as you considered these truths?
2.  In verse 16 we discussed how God’s love and generosity towards us should compel us to imitate these qualities.  In what specific ways has God’s word encouraged you to more faithfully imitate God’s love and generosity?
3. How do these verses stir up gratitude in your heart towards God?
4.  How do these truths give us hope and encouragement as we face the trials and temptations in this fallen world?
5.  How do these truths stir within you a zeal for evangelism?
